Job Description
Qualifications & Requirements: - Veterinary Degree: BVSc, DVM, or equivalent (strongly preferred) - Experience: Minimum 58 years in feedlot management or large-scale livestock operations - Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems - Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale - Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability - Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities - Problem-Solving: Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure - Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in compliance and record-keeping - Technical Skills: Experience with livestock management systems and data analysis tools
