Representative Duties:

 

  • Providing program and general college information.
  • Assist with ensuring office coverage.
  • Mail pick-up and delivery.
  • Assisting students and visitors at front counter.
  • Assist with answering phones.
  • Data entry and create files.
  • Scheduling student appointments.
  • Assist with completion of special projects.
  • Assist with filing and organizing.
  • Assist with other related duties.







    • This position is ideal for a student looking to gain experience in office work and event management while being involved in the San Bernardino Valley College CalWORKs Department

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Student must have in possession of a Federal Work Study award letter for the 2024/2025 academic year or be eligible for federal work-study funding
