Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Shell and Solid mesh generation of Rubber, Metal and Plastic Parts using Hypermesh
  • Responsible for carrying out the complete FEA with Abaqus.
  • Follow the customer guidelines and ensure the quality of generated mesh & the results provided.
  • Meeting the time lines agreed
  • Understanding the Customer specific and other standards (IS, DIN etc.)

    • Support the NA Product Engineering team by creating 2D drawings for products designed 2D drawings could be either Catia or NX CAD platform 2D drawings should follow current VC CAD standards 2D drawings should align with current ISO drawings standards

    Consistently apply GD&T standards across 2D drawings for Motor Mount and Isolator & Damper product lines Conduct geometric stack-up analysis if requested by Product Engineering

    Wost Case and/or Root Sum of Squares
