Job Purpose

The F&B Service Crew is responsible for serving and clearing food and beverages to and from members in accordance with established service rules and procedures. The role also involves greeting and ushering members to their seats, taking food and beverage orders, preparing the service area in advance, and replenishing stocks for daily use. Additionally, the crew is expected to guide and support new staff in maintaining service standards and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
