Department: Food & Beverage Service Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or captain role, preferably in a hotel or resort. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service. Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure prompt and courteous service. Take orders when required and ensure accurate and timely service of food and beverages. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
