SUMMARY
:The Wiregrass Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational execution, financial performance, and guest experience of Wiregrass. This position serves as the primary operational leader of the restaurant and is accountable for maintaining Pinehurst Resort standards while driving revenue, controlling expenses, developing employees, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
The Wiregrass Manager is expected to maintain a highly visible presence on the restaurant floor, actively directing service, controlling the pace and flow of the operation, and ensuring effective communication between front-of-house and culinary teams. This role is not primarily administrative; it is an operational leadership position focused on guest experience, team performance, financial results, and service execution.
