We are currently looking for a creative, dynamic and hospitality‑driven F&B Concept Developer to join our team in Estepona . The ideal candidate will be able to transform ideas into strong, memorable and functional gastronomic concepts, bringing together strategic thinking, aesthetic sensitivity and operational knowledge of the sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end F&B concepts.
• Conduct market and trend research.
• Create operational manuals aligned with each client’s identity and values.
• Participate in high‑level international hospitality projects.

Qualifications

• Hospitality School background or related studies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of Apple environments: macOS, Keynote, Pages and Numbers.
• High level of English.
