Operational Excellence

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure opening, operating, and closing procedures are executed consistently across all outlets and service areas.
• Conduct regular operational walkthroughs to identify and rectify service, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness issues.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Front of House, Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the venue.
• Monitor staffing levels and labour productivity to support operational efficiency.

Guest Experience

• Lead by example through an active and consistent presence on the restaurant floor during service.
