Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison between Culinary, Food & Beverage Operations, and other hotel departments
- Facilitate timely communication and operational coordination to support daily business needs
- Coordinate operational follow-ups and ensure information is properly disseminated to relevant stakeholders
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling priorities for the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef
- Coordinate meetings, leadership briefings, and departmental communications
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans
- Assist with scheduling platforms such as SharePoint
- Support rostering and workforce management systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and business itineraries where required
