Job Description
Be the driving force in the Fasteners Department as a Category Lead overseeing operations and customer service. Work on the sales floor to deliver exceptional service, and engage in product management Monday through Friday.
This role reports to the General Manager and requires a minimum of 2 years in sales. As the Category Lead, you will manage the Fasteners Department, partner with the Category Manager, and provide helpful customer assistance. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial to building strong relationships with vendors and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire Fasteners Department’s operations
• Provide superior customer service on the sales floor
• Assist customers with product recommendations and follow-ups
• Manage inventory and oversee replenishment team
• Ensure accurate product signage and pricing
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Broad knowledge of fasteners, building supplies, and tools
