Job Description
Become a key player in our bar team as a detail-oriented Barback focused on enhancing service quality. This fast-paced role demands someone who thrives in teamwork and acts with urgency.
We are hiring a Barback with over a year of experience in bar support or bartending. You will be essential in managing supplies and organization while responding to the service demands from Thursday through Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily opening and closing bar duties
• Restock essential garnishes, glassware, and supplies
• Maintain adequate levels of ice, liquor, wine, and beer
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and ready for service
• Support with inventory management and storage of deliveries
• Learn and memorize cocktail recipes and menu items
• Help guests interact with bartenders as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in a barback or bartending role
• Strong understanding of spirits, wine, and beer
• Ability to lift weights over 50 lbs
