Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience: 2 to 3 years or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant''s profits.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Recruit staff; set staff work schedules.
- Supervise and train staff.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customers'' complaints or concerns; provide customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- Computer and technology knowledge, including point of sale system.
