Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Farm Manager to oversee all estate operations, team performance, and crop cultivation. The ideal candidate will have deep, practical expertise in managing high-value fruit plantations, ensuring maximum yield, quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all cultivation stages—including planting, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, pest/disease control, harvesting, and post-harvest processing.
2. Develop and implement clear work schedules, set team goals, and allocate labor, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
3. Conduct routine field checks to monitor crop health, tree conditions, and daily tasks, keeping accurate records of activities.
4. Enforce company guidelines, agricultural best practices, and strict safety and quality standards across the farm.
