Job Description
Family Support Worker (Disability Team) – 3 Month Contract
Location: Colindale hybrid 2-3 days in the office including visits to families
Rate: £27.28 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days office-based, including visits to families
Contract: Temporary (3 Months)
Pay: Bi-weekly
Summary
This temporary 3-month role within the Disability Team focuses on providing practical, emotional, and targeted support to vulnerable children, young people, and their families. The Family Support Worker will directly engage with families to enhance outcomes for children, promote wellbeing, and strengthen family resilience while supporting safeguarding objectives.
