Practice Overview
- You'll join a growing value-based care group with an employed model and a team-first culture
- Work alongside 3 physicians and 3 NPs at a busy clinic, supported by 1 MA, 1 scribe, and an RN for high-risk/hospital follow-up
- In-house support includes physical therapy, social work, nutrition services, pharmacy support, and patient resources (including food distribution)
- Light shared call with nurse triage; call is pooled across Texas providers (about 2 weeks per year)
