Job Description

The Family Physician will be working in a multidisciplinary and multi services environment consisting of care professionals such as care support staff, nurses and allied health professionals.

You will need to:

Professional Responsibilities

• Practice at all times in accordance with the SMC Physician's pledge and abide by the SMC Ethical Code of Conduct
• Keep abreast of medical information and developments through CME events to maintain professional registration status
• Keep abreast of the group's medical practice
• Practice evidence based medicine in accordance with clinical practice guidelines, agency for care effectiveness guidelines, or best practices tailored to the context of individual patient's needs and values
• Conduct a practice that upholds all professional standards and obligations expected of medical practitioners
