Executive Assistant - Family Finance & Lifestyle Manager — Lugano, Switzerland
Full-time · Single-Family Office
A single-family office is looking for one person to hold the full picture of a private family's affairs, across banking, healthcare, property, travel, and immigration.
This is a coordination role with genuine authority, not a task-execution role. You'll report directly to the Principal. No institutional layers, no committee approvals.
What you’ll own:
Banking & Personal Finance
- Full picture of the family's banking across multiple jurisdictions, accounts, cards, RM contacts, and KYC deadlines
- Evaluate banking proposals independently, identify misalignments before they reach the principal
- Track personal insurance across health, life, property, vehicles, and watercraft
- Coordinate personal tax compliance with external advisors, own the process, not the advice
