Overview

We are a family of six based in Burlington seeking a dependable, organized, and caring family assistant / household manager to support our home and four children (10, 7, 5 and 10 months). We have an active household and value someone who genuinely cares for our children and can create a consistent and organized home where everyone can thrive.

This is a long-term opportunity.

Duties

• Coordinating and overseeing household schedules, appointments, and events
• Managing household supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping
• Organizing household files, calendars, and important documents
• Providing support with children’s activities, school logistics, and transportation as needed
• Handling light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized home
• Running errands
