Reporting to the Technical Product Manager, the Technical Lead will:

  • Determine root cause of component failure through the Failure Analysis process
  • Prepare technical reports supporting root cause determination
  • Drive reliability initiatives through the review and analysis of component & piece part failure data
  • Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documentation that supports the OEM remanufacturing process
  • Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve worker safety, manufacturing efficiency, quality, and overall margins
  • Observe and document component condition upon disassembly, researching component history, analyzing individual piece parts and relating this information to the function and operation of the components
