Job Description
Responsibilities
- at least 3 years' experience as Failure Analysis function
- Background in science, engineering, or any related field
- Experience in FA or chemical-related fields
- Basic knowledge of microelectronics and instrument theory
- Knowledgeable in general equipment such as X-ray, SAM, curve tracer, cross-section, laser & chemical decap, polishing, SEM-EDX Imaging, FTIR.
- Able to collaborate with internal teams (managers, engineers, etc.)
