Job Description

Analysis & Solution Engineering - Drive failure analysis provides service support on drive analytical technique and failure analysis for both internal quality tests and customer returned failures

About the role - you will:

  • Create human decision algorithm based on the expert engineer step-by-step decision making during the conclusion of HDD failures

  • Use machine learning methods and AI to complement the human decision algorithm

  • Lead a group of ASE engineers who work on automated FA and tools development projects

  • Work with IT to set up the server system to achieve a desired processing power & speed

  • Create and implement work flow for the automated FA systems

  • Fast learning, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent teamwork, coach-ability, leadership, English communication and presentation skills
