Position Details

The invites applications for a 9-month Instructor II / III term position, subject to budgetary approval. Hiring salary will be in the range of $65,185 to $74,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The appointment will commence on August 1st, 2026.

We are looking for a candidate with a demonstrated ability to teach Statistics courses. Teaching duties may include teaching classes and labs. The ability to teach a variety of courses offered by the department would be an asset. As many of our statistics courses include Labs with an R component, familiarity with standard statistical packages would be an asset. The successful candidate will have at least an M.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. A Ph.D. would be considered an asset.
