Operating a high-capacity, state-of-the-art facility in Perak, the company specializes in high-speed, automated production lines delivering premium consumer products. To support their next phase of operational scaling, they are seeking a highly competent operational leader to oversee their entire plant and manufacturing ecosystem.
Mission
The General Manager (GM) of Plant & Factory Operations will take full strategic and operational ownership of the Perak manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, asset optimization (specifically high-speed packaging technology), safety, quality control, and supply chain management. By aligning an electrical engineering foundation with mature leadership, the GM will foster a culture of accountability and run a lean, high-performing factory of over 400 personnel.
