This role is responsible for customer management, CAM recoveries, and operational control of a high-rise residential building and focused on customer management, CAM recoveries, and building operation. He/She is also responsible to establish end-to-end Facility Management operations and liaison with relevant stakeholders for smooth transitions of property in whilst taking care of building related affairs

• Act as the primary point of contact for all apartment owners, ensuring seamless handling of customer affairs and building-related matte
