Responsibilities
- Organise and allocate activities between internal teams and external service providers
- Manage tenders, negotiate, conclude and monitor service contracts
- Check and validate invoices in compliance with procedures and participate in budget preparation
- Coordinate Facility Management services and ensure the proper functioning of infrastructures
