**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven **Facility Security Officer** to join our team in **Townsville, Australia** .
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Manages and coordinates the daily operations of facility security programs and personnel across assigned locations.
+ Implement established security policies, supervise the execution of physical and personnel security protocols, and serve as the primary operational authority for maintaining compliance and managing access to mission-critical infrastructure.
+ Maintains detailed daily security logs and actively tracks the progress of personnel clearance milestones for theater logistics nodes.
+ Execute routine security condition assessments, compile Readiness Reports, and monitor resource consumption to ensure all internal and external stakeholders are continuously informed of infrastructure status.
