Overview

At GrainsConnect Canada , we connect prairie growers to global markets through world‑class grain handling facilities. We are seeking a Facility Operator Level 1 to join our Operations team.

This hands‑on role is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and shipping grain while ensuring safe and efficient facility operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with growers, commercial truck drivers, and fellow operations team members.

Duties

As a Facility Operator Level 1, you will:

• Operate grain processing equipment including binning, cleaning, drying, blending, and grain storage operations.
• Receive, process, and ship grain safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to growers and commercial truck drivers.
• Collect grain samples for quality analysis and maintain sample records.
