Medicine Hat College invites applications for a full-time regular facility operations supervisor at our Medicine Hat campus.
A little about the role:
Reporting to the maintenance manager in the facilities department . The role is responsible for supervising, scheduling, and supporting a multi-site maintenance team, including leading performance management and fostering a safe and inclusive workplace culture. It coordinates daily maintenance activities, preventative programs, and repairs using a CMMS to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. The position also administers service contracts and minor projects, monitors vendor performance, and ensures all work meets compliance requirements. In addition, the role manages operational budgets, procurement, and cost tracking to support responsible use of resources.
