Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across the Group's F&B outlets and company facilities. This is a hands‑on role involving troubleshooting, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating contractors, and ensuring equipment downtime is minimized.

Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Repairs

• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs for Kitchen Appliances and Machinery (Dishwasher/Aircon)
• Exhaust and ventilation systems
• Basic electrical and plumbing works

Attend to breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues.

Conduct preventive maintenance and regular site inspections.

Team & Vendor Management

• Supervise and guide in‑house maintenance technicians and handymen
• Assign and monitor daily maintenance tasks
