Job Description

As a Corporate Real Estate Project & Facilities Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of capital improvement (CAPEX) projects while supporting day‑to‑day facility operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standards.

This role combines project delivery, facilities management, vendor oversight, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to support business growth and operational excellence.
