Job Description
Our TFM department, which ensures the maintenance and availability of all the Group's premises for our employees, is looking for a: Facility Management Manager (m/f) 80-100%
Profile
- Federal VET Diploma in sanitary, heating, ventilation, electricity or equivalent training.
- Additional training in Facility Management or building maintenance is an advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in technical building management or Facility Management.
- Good technical knowledge of HVACSE installations.
- Knowledge of SIA standards and regulations applicable to buildings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ease of learning CMMS or equivalent tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans as well as electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
- Versatility, responsiveness and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease.
