**Job Description**
The Facility Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs industrial sanitation equipment, facility infrastructure, and integrated building systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role focuses primarily on facility systems while also supporting machines located inside and outside of cleanrooms in an ISO-certified environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and repair industrial sanitation machines and associated support equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operation.
+ Perform routine inspection and replacement of HVAC filters and conduct basic HVAC maintenance, coordinating with external vendors for elevated HVAC issues.
+ Carry out basic plumbing and pipe repairs to support facility operations.
