Job Description
We have an outstanding Contract position for aFacility Maintenance Technicianto join a leading Company located in the Andover, MA surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.**
The 1st‑Shift Facility Maintenance Technician provides general upkeep and basic repairs for plant and office facilities, primarily at the Andover facility, while also supporting additional buildings as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Working the M-TH 1st Shift, this position handles routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting ranging from electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.
+ Follows work orders and/or other general instructions, conducts inspections, logs completed work, and offers limited janitorial support (e.g., trash removal, floor cleaning) when workload permits or support is required.
