Drive the maintenance operations at our facility as a Maintenance Manager. This role involves managing budgets, contractors, and developing key relationships with community organizations.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee all maintenance activities while ensuring effective communication with tenants and contractors. Key responsibilities include preparing documentations of expenditures and managing payments for contractors and suppliers. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall maintenance management process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance and management of building assets
• Prepare the annual operating budget for maintenance
