Job Description
Primary Function
- Responsible for the operations and general maintenance of the plant, machinery, and associated building facilities.
- Attend to all facility works and M & E installations, as well as to coordinate with contractors on repair works.
- Conduct space planning and layout for all production equipment and other processes.
- Supervise facilities contract workforce such as: security services, waste disposal management, housekeeping cleaning services, and landscaping maintenance.
Utilities
- Plans and schedules the plant’s requirement to ensure sufficient Power, DI Water, Fume Scrubber, Exhaust, Genset, Air Conditioning (Class 10K Clean Room Facilities), Chillers, Cooling Tower, Compressed air & dryer, Pumps, WWT Plant, N2 gas and etch is available for use.
- Manages the company’s water treatment plant.
- Ensures that there are sufficient compressed airs to run the equipment.
