Job Title: Facility Engineer (HVAC Systems)
Location: STMicroelectronics Sdn. Bhd., Muar
Department: Facility O&M / Engineering
Reports To: Section Manager / Facility Manager
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure the reliable operation and preventive maintenance of critical HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, PCW, WCPU, ACSU, cooling towers, and cleanroom systems.
- Lead troubleshooting, system optimization, and engineering support activities to sustain stable plant operations.
- Support facility projects such as renovations, expansions, new construction, and production environment improvement initiatives.
- Execute maintenance and operation activities in accordance with SOPs, FMEA, Control Plans, and OCAP requirements.
- Analyze system capacity, demand, and performance trends to resolve chronic issues and strengthen reliability.
