We are looking for a temporary Facility Coordinator to join our Operations team at La Roca Village and elevate the ultra‑luxury experience we offer to our most distinguished guests.
About the role
- Provide support to the Operations & Services Manager in their areas of responsibility for the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village.
- Assist the Operations & Services Manager to set up, track and achieve budgets for the common costs of the Village.
- Assist the Operations & Services Manager in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd‑party contractors.
- Supervise daily maintenance, minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting and other projects carried out in the Village.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze electricity/water consumption data from the property and all brands within the Village.
