Facility Construction Manager (General Services)
Job Summary: The Facility Construction Manager leads cross‑functional project teams that manage projects with varying degrees of complexity, primarily including the planning, design, and construction of physical capital assets for Water Supply and Sewerage Systems (WSSC) facilities. Serving as the primary point of contact for contract administration and project management, the Manager works within a diverse team of engineers, senior operations staff, and contractors to deliver new building facilities, renovations, low/medium/high voltage upgrades, and other support initiatives. The role is performed under the general direction of a Section Manager, with significant latitude for independent judgment and decision‑making across a broad range of engineering and construction management assignments.
