The Maintenance Technician performs a wide range of facility and equipment maintenance tasks to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across the property and production areas. This role combines facilities upkeep, machine maintenance, and support for other departments, including participation in an on-call schedule and response to emergency situations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general facility maintenance across the property and related structures to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment.
+ Conduct routine maintenance on buildings, grounds, and associated infrastructure.
+ Carry out snow removal using tractors, trucks, snowplows, and snow loaders to keep access areas clear and safe during winter conditions.
