Job Description Summary

We are seeking a proactive and service-focused Facilities & Workplace Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace and facilities operations across a client site. Reporting to the Facilities Lead, you will support facilities administration, workplace inspections, service requests, contractor coordination, maintenance follow-ups and general site operations. The role will also include back-of-house security administration, including access card management and site access support.
