**Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | Day Shift**

You’ll help maintain and improve the facility through a variety of tasks, including:
+ Perform general facility maintenance (lighting, minor plumbing, basic repairs, cleaning)
+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
+ Complete basic carpentry projects and minor building repairs
+ Handle painting, drywall patching, and touch-ups
+ Maintain building and grounds (inspections, minor fixes, general upkeep)
+ Support basic equipment maintenance and care
+ Replace filters and assist with light HVAC upkeep
