**Facilities Technician**

**Full-Time | 4-Day Week (Mon–Thurs, 6am–4:30pm) | $30+/hr**

Hands-on role in a small manufacturing shop—great **entry into industrial maintenance** .

**What You’ll Do**

+ General building maintenance (light repairs, plumbing, lighting)
+ Painting, drywall, basic carpentry
+ Clean/maintain facility and grounds
+ Basic equipment upkeep (filters, oil changes, PMs)
+ Operate floor scrubbers, handle trash/recycling
+ Assist with light welding/fab (if experienced)

**What We’re Looking For**

+ Facilities or hands-on maintenance experience
+ **Apartment maintenance backgrounds welcome**
+ Comfortable with tools and basic repairs
+ Self-starter, detail-oriented

**Why This Role**
