Responsibilities
- Delivery of 'best in class' customer services and satisfaction, including cleaning, pest control, mail services, light duty maintenance, food services, reception, security, managing the relationship with T2 suppliers at a high level, to ensure specifications, SOWs and SLAs are followed, respected and achieved.
- Accountable for a top-of-class customer service delivery, by ensuring the team members are properly trained (briefing, understanding) and meeting clients' expectations (monitoring, coaching, appraising) in terms of specifications, SOWs and SLAs.
