Job Summary
Manages the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, buildings and grounds.
In this Role, You Will Make an Impact In The Following Ways
- Lead the facilities team supporting all Cummins sites in San Luis Potosí
- Collaborate with leaders from various business units within the campus to provide strategic support aligned with business objectives, including budget planning and execution of operational strategies.
- Plan and execute capital budgets for General Integrated Services, Business Unit, and Environmental initiatives.
- Support certification audits such as IATF, ISO14001, ISO50001, HSE.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs of the Facilities function.
- Lead electrical safety initiatives in partnership with the Maintenance Manager.
- Participate in infrastructure projects including MEP installations and construction projects.
