Overview

The North Lambton Community Health Centre is a community-governed health centre serving identified priority populations in a defined catchment area. The Centre operates multiple sites in Ontario: Forest, Kettle & Stony Point, Watford, and Sarnia. Our interdisciplinary team provides primary health care, health promotion and community development services.

Responsibilities

• The Facilities & Risk Management Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director and the Team Leads. Responsibilities include property management and its related day-to-day duties for the five Health Centre building locations, acting as the Management Representative with the Health Centre’s Joint Health and Safety Committee and responsible for the Health and Safety and Risk Management portfolios.
