Summary
The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all facilities and custodial operations at South Campus Commons at the University of Maryland. This role provides leadership for the Facilities team, including training, supervision, and performance management of staff. This position develops, implements, and oversees maintenance, cleaning, and preventive maintenance programs to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained residential community.
