Responsibilities- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Lead
- Monitor feedback in CMMS and assign the work task for all sites to follow up
- Ensure all job orders (corrective maintenance & preventive maintenance) in CMMS are assigned, executed, and closed in order
- Data entry of relevant information into system
- Liaise with client on any updates or feedback when required
- Scheduling of monthly meeting with client
- Assist the team to prepare monthly report for submission
- Assist the team to track monthly document submission as required
- Provide administrative support to the manager (e.g., updating of organization chart, new hire details consolidation, vendor manpower updates etc.)
- Send out security clearance to client
- Be the cover for BMC duties when BMC Staff is on Leave
