Responsibilities
  • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Lead
    • Monitor feedback in CMMS and assign the work task for all sites to follow up
    • Ensure all job orders (corrective maintenance & preventive maintenance) in CMMS are assigned, executed, and closed in order
    • Data entry of relevant information into system
    • Liaise with client on any updates or feedback when required
  • Scheduling of monthly meeting with client
  • Assist the team to prepare monthly report for submission
  • Assist the team to track monthly document submission as required
  • Provide administrative support to the manager (e.g., updating of organization chart, new hire details consolidation, vendor manpower updates etc.)
  • Send out security clearance to client
  • Be the cover for BMC duties when BMC Staff is on Leave
