Job Description
JLL is seeking an IFM Mechanical Engineer to manage operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mechanical systems at the Kulim facility. You will ensure reliability, energy efficiency, and safety in line with regulatory standards.
Your responsibilities include overseeing HVAC, chillers, pumps and fire protection, performing preventive maintenance, and driving energy-saving projects while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
