Purpose To manage the Chrysalis Academy facilities by ensuring that the facilities are optimally used and that compliance with health and safety regulations is adhered to. To act as the central point of contact for internal staff, tenants and external clients, ensuring that facilities are utilized efficiently, bookings are recorded accurately, and client needs are met. Requirements A valid matric certificate or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in facilities management, management or business. A valid Driver’s Licence. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant and appropriate experience. Knowledge of facilities and contract management and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Fluent in at least 2 South African languages. Well-grounded, non-smoker and of sober habits. Skills and Competencies Excellent people management and client liaison skills. Strong leadership skills. Health and Safety conscious.
