Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management (IFM) services across our client sites at Pulau Bukom and Jurong Island. The successful candidate will lead both Hard Services and Soft Services operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery while meeting contractual obligations, KPIs and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities Facilities Operations- Manage the day-to-day operations of integrated facilities management services across multiple sites.
- Oversee both Hard Services (building maintenance, M&E systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and civil works) and Soft Services (cleaning, waste management, landscaping, pest control, pantry, laundry and workplace services).
